The Midvale Main Street Theatre exists to create extraordinary theatrical experiences by challenging, inspiring, and building self-esteem in our actors.

Beginning as a children's theatre, we introduce young audiences to the performing arts through productions that appeal to parents and kids alike.  We strive to include dance, visual art, and a variety of musical styles into our repertoire, helping children to understand multiple aspects of theatre...and to expand their awareness of all of the arts in the community, providing more opportunities for self-expression and creativity.  Our goal is to entertain and delight local audiences with quality, family-friendly arts entertainment at an affordable price.  It is our hope that we can reach all children interested in the opportunity to attend productions as well as participate in them.

We have now expanded this arena to include adults and recognize the impact these same experiences have in not only helping adults to find their way to the stage, but also in expanding their self-esteem and teaching them (in a very fun way) how to be comfortable in front of an audience.  It is our goal to give people a way to express and communicate in new ways, to be able to stand in front of a group of peers and get heard, and to have moments in the spotlight where it is possible they always should have been.
